Pamela Duda, MBA, CPC, CEC Founder & President
A recent iPEC graduate,
Pam has established Lifescapes Professional Coaching, LLC to assist those interested in expanding their horizons, one thought
at a time. She specializes in personal development and career / transition coaching, communication effectiveness and
leadership assessments.
Pam has over 20 years
of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Early in her career, she held positions with increasing responsibility
within small, medium, and large pharmaceutical companies. Her career focused on the support of the entire pharmaceutical
product pipeline, from Research & Development to Commercial Operations, both from a financial and analytical perspective.
Most recently, Pam was employed with a pharmaceutical consulting company for over 8 years.
Prior to her departure, she fulfilled one of her career aspirations by joining the Talent Management and Organizational Development
Team. Among her responsibilities were the development and implementation of world class talent management models throughout
the company, the building of partnerships with senior executives, and through coordination with HR leaders, the continual
improvement of existing processes and their subsequent integration. Before her transition into Talent Management, she
was the Director of Sales Force Operations and Training for one of the business units in the Commercial Division for the consulting
company.
Pam holds a CPC certification from iPEC Institute, an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson, with
a specialization in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Studies, and a B.S. in Finance from Rider University. She is a member of
the NJ Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HBA).
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time outdoors caring for her small cow farm, 3 dogs, 3 cats with her
husband Andy. She also is a volunteer member for NORWESCAP Career Life & Transitions, local animal shelters, and
Puppies Behind Bars. She is passionate about meeting new people, learning new things, and traveling to new places.
Her goal is to make a positive impact on life and others by inspiring people to tap into their potential through empowerment
and support via her coaching business.
